Early X'mas Present + Darling's Birthday

22nd November 2008, a lil more than a month away from Christmas, Chris bought me the cutest & sweetest present ever!

She was brought home the 2nd night after we set ours eyes on her. Looked through the number of rabbits for adoption online, but none other caught our eye. Cost a total of $226 for Brownie + 4.5kg food pellet + 1kg hay + 35Litres litter. :P

Such a sweet little cutie pie! & a smart one too! She learnt to pee & poo in the letter pan in just a day, and wasn't even scared of my dogs.

She's one inquisitive little girl, whenever I let her out of her cage, she'll explore around the kitchen non stop! Sibei curious and sibei cute lah!

Had Popeye at the Airport later in the night. Don't know whats the rave about, but I think overall it's too salty for consumption.

Celebrated Chris' birthday the very next day. Started off with a mini treasure hunt at home!

Look what he has found:

Jin expensive okay! *broke*

This guy so blessed loh! BOTH Oakley [glasses & shades] also no need he pay money!

Plan was to the Zoo, but before that, have to have lunch first right!

Liquid's cafe @ Sembawang.

Nice & affordable. $30bucks for 2 mains & a cup of flavoured soda!

After popping in and out of the few petshops across the road, we finally got to the Zoo!

Self proclaimed "shuai ge". *Cough*cough*

Went home, nuaed a bit, play with Bownie a bit, play with Sundae a bit, then it was time for Dinner!

Went to Premier Thai Restaurant @ Sembawang again. The place Dina once introduced me to. Dina ah, the shark's fin serving become smaller liao, but price is the same! ZzZZzzz..

Didn't take picture for the Crab Tang Hoon, too engross with eating. Kakaka!

Busted $140++ The ice cream is very nice! :D

While on the way home, poped by AMK hub to get a cake, saw 717 Durian stall there and bought the super yummilicious durian cake! 500gm for $20

No pictures for cake cutting and etc, cos the silly man says he doesnt wanna reveal his age. HAHA! Those who dunno his age, you wanna guess? No prize thou. :P

Fun! & More Fun!!

Started the week off with meeting up Pf, we haven't seen each other since like, what? 3months? That's a long.. long.. time.

Went to town for: Food & Shopping! Haha, like what can be new in town right? While waiting for our threading appointment, we sat down at DQ, she had some uice, & I had my all time FAV Brownie Temptation!

This guy who prepared the sundae, was so generous lah! Had more than enough brownie cubes & almond nuts! Hehehe, I was so happy when it seems like forever before the brownies were to be all eaten up by me.

Brought the 'kar-chengs' out on Sunday. First to Petgamart to pick up some pet supplies, then to Pasir Ris for Escape, entrance fee was freaking cheap can! 3 adults + 2 children only for $36!! Think they're having some kind of promotion for their anniversary.

We're up here....

& they're down there, opposite us...

Always have this 'ITCHY' feeling from my chest to my thigh area when I take these kinda rides. I love thrilling rides, it's fun screaming, but it's the 'itchiness' that I cannot tahan! Sometimes it feels like my soul is trying to 'fly' out of my body, hence the 'itchiness'! HAhaha! I'm laughing at myself now. :P But, none of you experience this meh? Or am I the only weird one?

Theme Park in SG ish cannot the make it can!!! Got so bored after like 3-4 rides before we left the park. Headed over to the beach area, we bought 2 kites and the 4 [me, aunt & her 2 kids] of us successfully flew a kite on our first time!

Fly! Baby fly!

Very fun I tell youuuuuu....... Wind was strong enough, and we wished we had longer strings to let the kite go higher!

That's my fun weekend!

Sundae had a eventful day as well, check her out at her blog, think I've neglected hers for too long! Hahaha.

my cutie pie!

Fun Sunday Out

He's really at the wrong place at the wrong time man. So was said that there were numerous molest cases going around in Woodlands and my Darling happened to be of about the same height and was in about the similar attire[basketball attire] as this bastard when the policemen were patroling that day.

For nuts he got detained for 36hours. Sigh! The police better nab that freaking bastard soon.

He should have his hands and dick chopped off, or use a cheese grater to slowly grate them into tiny little pieces and let him scream in pain that no other men would even want to think of doing anything funny to girls.

Missing and worrying about him made me grow a few more pimples on my forehead, but 1 good thing, I lost some weight! But when he was back, it all came back again cos we kept going for good food like chomp chomp lah, sushi tei, BBQ etc. He said the food they serve in the lock up was worst than a dog could want.

Brought Sundae to Pasir Ris Park on Sunday. Her first time there and boy did she enjoy the trip! She swan, ran along with Chris on his blade, sat in the basket with me on the bicycle and had a great time running about in the park.

Before going to PasirRis Park. Were at the food centre in Balestier for some makan.

Daddy giving her some swimming lessons

Cutie pie!!

Showing off her swimming skills

Meanie daddy got sundae to chase me, and used sundae to pull him along the park. *bish*

Sitting happily in the basket. She wouldnt stop acting heroine lah! kept standing on her 2 hind legs, trying to get better view.

Faith's Mummy prepared this for the dogs as it was Faith's birthday. Very yummy okay! Even I ate some of it. Muahahaha.

Stupid girl got into a fight with Nono again. This time, her layer of her skin kena ripped off just like 2 cm above her eye. Not bleeding as of yesterday, but I could see the insides of her muscles. Yucky right! Right now it's drying up already, luckily it's not swollen.

Can I give Nono away?

Sigh

Call me! Sms me!

Ooh-la-laa~~

Went Chinatown yesterday. How Aunty/Uncle can we get?

But hey! Things there are SUPER DUPER cheap and value for money okay! Except for some blacklisted vendors.

Mango-pomelo-ed at the dessert shop in chinatown, and in search of a water/camel bag, we headed to the old shopping centre[dunno what is it called :P].

First shop we popped into, only had 2 pieces left. Both branded Nalgene. One has a price tag of $147 [i think] and the other has no tagged on, it looked nicer too.

Picked that up, and we asked the uncle

"How much ah, this water bag?"

uncle 1 searched for price tag, unsuccessful, turned to uncle 2 who seems like the boss

"$79 I sell to you lah, very good deal, this one branded."

Chris still zipping the bag around, fiddling with the water pouch & sucktion mouthpiece

"Wah, so expensive ah. Beach road there sell cheaper leh uncle."

"Beach Road there selling how much? You quote uncle a price lah, if suitable then uncle sell it to you. I wanna clear this cos it's not sellable here in Chinatown."

Chris very daring loh! He likes to play negotiation games, and he did just that like what he did in BKK.

"$49 lah." [He dared quote $49 when his colleagues got theirs from Beach Road between $60odd to $70odd]

"Ok lah, sell to you. This is sure way below cost. Very good buy."

Chris still thinking. The bag seems to be on displayed since eons ago!

THEN! While zipping & pulling out stuffs from the pockets of the bag, Uncle2 seems to spot a price tag! Guess what it says?

Freaking $116 !!

BUT!

Uncle2 was very nice lah. He say since agreed to sell to us already, he'll still stick to his words. And yeap, so he paid $49 for a Nalgene water bag which was tagged at $116.

*Happy*

Me holding onto the "laoya" Z3 phone which was given to Chris which he handed it down to me when I lost my e65, and him holding onto the super basic LG mini toy lookalike phone which have problems receiving sms at times, we decided to shop around for phones!

Phones there also very cheap hoh! But non of the Nokia/Sumsung/SongEricsson caught our eyes, then chanced upon a shop selling some China made phones.

This uncle and XiaoMei very bad. Tried to carrot chop our heads. The phone looks nice, can watch TV, got FM, big screen, resolution also looks good, surround sound, able to play mp4 & whatsnot.

The best of all, the rest of the shops int he building doesn't carry it. So when asked, he quoted us $330 per handset without contract & without trade in as well.

He even offered us a more attractive price if we were to purchase 2 handsets.

Sounds pretty attractive huh. But we didn't buy. Cuz

number1 $330 for a handset is CHEAP, but for a China made, don't be too sure.

number2 haven researched enough for China made handsets

number3 the 2 people there looks so happy when we had interest in it, but face changed when we told them we'll walk around somemore.

Chris suddenly remembered there's a shop selling China Made phones at AMK Central. So we headed back just out of curiousity while on the way there to purchase some baking trays.

And you know what?!! The guy selling soley China made phones quoted us only $228 for the same handset! With free screen protector & a disney phone pouch!

Now, now, it's geting cheaper and more appealing to just buy it on the spot.

Bought our stuffs and went back to the shop. Asked for a better price since we're getting 2 handsets. Lowest price he coukd offer was $220 per handset. Still cheap lah, for a pretty, touch screen, TVmobile & unique phone.

Mine's the purple, his the black.

Aunty Vivian and her other niece got so tempted by the phone lah. Especially when it's dual sim. Good for them cos they have Malaysia Sim card also.

Gonna bring them down to buy later in the afternoon. I'll ask for a better deal! Hiakhiak!

Recently, gotten quite into baking.

So for starters, tried out pork cookies for the dogs. Basically, very simple lah, just mix everything in, cut the right shape with the right thickness, baked until done, and VOILA!

Chris did most of the cutting. Hee..

The 2 pigs at home loves it. But not good judges, cos they're so ever greedy. But when I brougt some over for Rio to try, he ate it without hesitations!

*having a great sense of achievement now*dance*dance*

Shall bake meatloaf for them the next time. Banana & chocolate muffins coming up!

happy baker

Sit the Cousins

Babysat the cousins over the weekend cuz their mom went back to Msia to attend a wedding dinner.

So Chris & I became parent for the day.

Brought them to Kid's Kampong for fishing,

then to Pasir Ris Park for a 5mins Horse Riding which cost $10 per pax, blardy expensive hor!

followed by a 1.5hrs of cycling session, Chris bladed.

Have kids around, really no time to romantic. Gotta look out for them lah, remind them to drink water, ask them if they needed the toilet, if they were hungry, if they were tired, etc.

Was planning to bring them home for a shower then to Ding Tai Feng for dinner in the evening. But upon reaching home, they wanted to play Maplestory. So Ta-pao-ed some food for them, then Chris & I went on with our programs.

Ichiban Dinner! Yumyum

and caught 2 minis @ the arcade. So happy okay, spent about $11 for 2 of them. Greatest achievement so far! First time kena from the 'kiap-kiap' machines. :P

Caught the movie 'Mirrors'. Story ok ok only lah. I'll rate it like 6.5/10.

Was Children's Day cum Hari Raya yesterday. Where's best to go? East Coast Park! I finally persuaded Chris to dump his pair of old blades given by his ex, for a pariof freestyle blade.

The newly bought was nice and he loves it to the max. He paid himself lah. I'm not so rich to buy him a pair which cost like 200over bucks after the Oakley loh. Broke like shit now.

I learnt how to turn right, over a wide angle, but I can't do the same for left turns. So irritating lah! Grrrr....

I'm gonna practice every week. Who wanna join us on Saturday evenings? :D
